ERW steel tubes
Generaltubi's ERW tubes are manufactured by forming and welding steel coils. They are produced using high-frequency (HF) continuous welding machines, ensuring efficient and high-quality production. All these products comply with the standards EN 10305-3, EN 10210-1, EN 10219-1, EN 10296-1, and EN 10217-1. They are divided into three categories:
Cold-formed welded tubes
Manufactured by cold-forming steel coils . The internal weld bead can be optionally removed for a smooth appearance. These tubes can be chrome-plated or painted. They are produced according to the standards UNI EN 10305-3 and UNI EN 10296-1.

Hot-formed welded tubes
Made with diameters up to 323.9 mm and thicknesses up to 16 mm by cold-forming hot-rolled steel coils. These tubes are used in various fields, from mechanical applications to structural uses, heat exchangers, and as rough tubes for drawing. They are produced in various carbon steels.
