Pre-tempered wire for spring production

SAPA ACCIAI Srl supplies pre-hardened Cr Si or Cr Si V wires: from ø0.70 mm to ø5.0 mm and from ø5.00 mm to ø20.00 mm diameter.

3 classes available:

- pre-hardened FD-class wire, for commercial spring production;
- pre-hardened TD-class wire, for clutch spring production;
- pre-hardened VD-class wire, for motor valve spring production.

In particular, the VD-class wire is drawn by a peeled wire rod and it is therefore free from any surface defect, thus making the product a perfect solution for the automotive industry.

Pre-hardened TD and VD-class wire undergo ECT controls as per the current regulations.
