Spiral brushes for rod and wire

Aztech Lubricants designes and supplies wire spiral brushes to remove excess scale, rust, or coatings on rod and wire.

AZWipes are easily cut to 3 to 4-inch lengths, depending on the amount of scale, rust, lube residual, or coating that needs to be removed. You will get better cleaning with two 4-inch lengths then with one longer length.

These brushes, which could minimize lubricant usage, cleaners and acids, are usually installed in front of the ripper box but could be also installed within the die line-up, before a welder, on a cleaning line or before and after a furnace.
