Caterpillar:

- Contact length from 800 mm to 4500 mm.

- Forces shot from 800 kg to 5000 kg.

- Belts specially adapted depending on the product with a hardness of 55-72 Sh A.

- Drive motor with gear boxes for different pulling forces.

- Possibility to work up to 4 belts for pulling forces up to 7500 kg and special conductors.

Double and single pulleys:

SINGLE PULLEY

- Including deflecting ring.

- Made of treated steel to prevent premature wear.

- From 800 mm diameter up to customer requirement.

DOUBLE PULLEY

- With main drive from transmission shaft through a complete stepless gearbox or independent motor synchronised with the rest of line components.

- Made of treated steel to prevent premature wear.

- Standard diameters from 1000 mm up to 3000 mm.

- Pulling forces from 1,5 Ton. up to 30 Ton.

- As special requests, heavier capstans with much higher diameters and pulling forces are available, according to customer requirements.
