Metal strip packaging and stacking lines

Rizzi Srl is a well-established business in the metal strips and sheet metal packaging field. The wide range of lines produced by the company also includes metal strip packaging and stacking lines.

This type of plant is installed downstream the slitting machine and is capable of individually processing the obtained metal strips and packaging them thanks to a series of automation. The stacking line typically consists of a tilter that separates the metal strips from the unloading carousel and inserts them with a vertical axis into the roller ways for the subsequent stages: namely, the radial strapping, weighing, and slit-coil centering. Afterward, the packs are formed by a stacker with several stacking stations.

Due to its modularity, this line can also be customized and automated, as well as integrated with unloading and packaging solutions for the formed bundles.
