Over the years, machines specifically designed to handle soft materials in the 0.2 to 4.0 mm thickness range have been refined, with attention to preserving the surfaces of stainless steel and aluminum sheets. These stackers feature PVC sheet slide casters arranged in a double row with contrasting action to prevent excessive flexing of the material.

The thin single sheet stacker is also equipped with an air cushion at the inlet to dampen falling sheets and side blowing through the joggers, if necessary, to enable the balancing of particular magnetic materials, focusing on the integrity of the processed material.
