MTM 400
A completely automatic and electronically-programmable plant for the production of standard electrowelded lattice girders, comprising three longitudinal wires united by two continuous diagonal zigzag shapes of variable height (from 80 to 300mm), and of variable wire diameter from coil. Owing to the adoption of innovative solutions: viz. wire drawing and rotor straightening, (for the three longitudinal wires); chain shaper (for the two zigzag diagonal wires); welding unit ( upper section, piston-adjustable height); flying shear unit (minimum girder length 100mm); automatic stacking unit for bundling of the finished product (available on request), the plant guarantees maximum flexibility and quality within the ambit of specific requirements tied to high production capacities.

Workable diameters (others on request):
upper longitudinal wire (øT) from 5 to 10mm.
two lower longitudinal wires (øB) from 5 to 10mm.
two zig-zag wires (øD) from 3,5 to 6mm.
Height of lattice girder (H) from 80 to 300mm (according to the diameter of the wire used).
