2 Axis Wire Forming & Welding Machines ultimat UMW

The ultimat UMW range of 2-axis, PC-controlled wire forming and welding machines are used for the manufacture of a wide range of wire products from POP displays, Appliance Shelving  to Automotive Components.  They feature a robust, modern, modular design, user friendly windows based software and with a versatile design that requires no special tooling to achieve high quality accurate parts.  Suitable for the manufacture of prototypes to low/high volume production runs. All ULTIMAT models use a Closed Die Forming and Cutting System, which produces high-quality bends with square, burr-free cuts.

Comprising of six standard models for processing wire ranging from 2.00 mm up to 16.00 mm and with maximum frame sizes ranging from 1000 x 1000 to 1600 x 1600mm. Special ultimat versions can be supplied for use with flat strip or profiled wire with a variety of options such as MF Medium Frequency Welding, Press / Chamfering stations and Auxiliary Bend Head for intricate forms.
