The ultimat UME is a cost-effective approach to 2D Wire Forming that delivers the performance demanded in today’s market.  Working direct from coil the UME straightens, forms, and cuts open and closed components fully automatically. Suitable for forming two-dimensional wire forms, such as frames, rings, ovals, and general non-welded parts for POP Displays, Garden Products, appliances, shelving, housewares, etc.

Featuring a simple but robust open frame construction with a tilting table, the UME has a versatile design that requires no special tooling to achieve high quality accurate parts.  Suitable for the manufacture of prototypes to low/high volume production runs. All ULTIMAT models use a Closed Die Forming and Cutting System, which produces high-quality bends with square, burr-free cuts.
