CNC bending machines for tubes up to 12mm

Wire Trading Srl is able to supply a wide range of Wafios tube bending machines.

The BMZ line consists of single-head machines, designed for bending complex tubes with three-dimensional shapes and a diameter between 4 and 12mm. These tube benders can quickly and precisely bend the tube to the right and to the left on the same head.

The whole line can process tubes from 150mm to 3000mm in length and is equipped with an automatic loader. This range of machines is widely used for pressure tubes, brake hoses and cooling pipes especially in the automotive industry.

Combined with other special machines, the BMZ CNC benders allow the machining of shaped tubes, avoiding further manual steps.
