T series - CNC spring formers
This series was specifically designed to meet every spring manufacturing need, from simple shapes to complex 3D forming. With reduced overall dimensions, the multi-axis T2 model is more suitable for thinner wires (ø0.6 mm - 2 mm). The unique TRES Universal unit integrates coiling, bending, and cutting functions, running along the wire feeding direction. Asahi-Seiki Manufacturing offers a series of machines designed for round or square wire forming—featuring a small selection of tools, these models enable short setup times and can process wire from any angle.
