Single shaft pre-shredders for electric cables

SMAR.T., specializing in recycling technologies for different materials, offers a complete line of PMG pre-shredders with “high cutting efficiency”.

Thanks to the various possible combinations of power, screen-size and magnetic separation, SMAR.T. machines can process different kinds of materials, such as copper and aluminum electric cables, non-ferrous metals, rubber, plastics, wood, composite materials, paper and much more. The production capacity ranges from 300 to 3000 kg/h.

The conveyor belt mounted on PMG, equipped with magnetic pulley or magnetic over-band, allows to remove the iron parts and prevent damage to the blades during further grinding processes.

Available in different sizes, either standard or custom-made, according to the customer’s needs.
