Overhaul service on rolling machines

ORT Italia has a division specifically dedicated to rebuilding and retrofitting services of rolling machines. ORT staff can overhaul all the components of the machinery and eventually replacing them.

This service allows to re-build very dated and worn rollers to a state equal to the original ones. Every machines is overhauled according to the OEM alignment and performance standards. All components are also carefully checked and evaluated.

The worn components are repaired or replaced, also adding new components in order to guarantee a precise and correct possibility of use. At the end of the reconstruction, ORT Italia performs several tests for all the features of the rolling machine.

All work is strictly documented and guaranteed. ORT Italia offers assistance and overhaul service on all the machines (new and rebuilt) through a team of technicians located in all the main markets in order to never leave the customer alone.
