RT-HF machine series for automotive round pipes and tubes

Nantong Reliantt automotive tube manufacturing machines offer a refined fusion of high precision and safety. This is an ERW carbon steel tube mill part of the RT HF machine series, specifically designed for automotive round pipes and tubes.

The process begins with the coil-slitting unit where the raw material, in the form of coiled steel, is slit into narrower strips. The un-coiler feeds the slit coils into the system, ready to be formed and welded.

The line can be equipped with either a horizontal or vertical accumulator for regulating the material flow. The tube mill also features a cutting saw to precisely section the tubes to the desired lengths and finishing units for secondary operations. The machine is also equipped with a pipe collecting and packaging units for final packaging.

There are currently three models available:

RT32C, RT50C, and RT60C tailored to diverse dimensions, with high frequencies ranging from 150 to 250 Kw. The tube diameter range covered goes from 10 mm to 76 mm, and wall thickness from 0.5 to 3.5.
