RT - H.F. machine series for round, square and rectangular tubes and profiles

The RT - H.F. machine series currently features 30+ standard models, covering diameter range from 3/8” (8 mm) up to 14” (355 mm) and wall thickness from 0.3 mm to 12 mm. The line can be used for manufacturing round, square, and rectangular tubes and profiles. Nantong Reliantt also supplies customized solutions and single machines for integration into already existing cold formed steel welded pipes lines. The machines feature a sturdy and robust structure with key components made of copper for prolonged service life, and other critical parts subject to heat treatment to enhance durability. The line also offers features such as: slight adjustments in horizontal and vertical stand through worm wheel mechanism, digital position indicators for accurate and repeatable roll settings, and PLC control.

The line can be complemented by a cassette system for quick tool change over during profile production, with cassettes moved inline and offline by lifting. Other optional equipment include end facing machine, hydro tester, eddy current testing equipment, inner burr scraper, zinc spray device, stacking machine, packing machine, saw blade sharpener, straightener etc.
