The machine operates by initially welding the pipe edges when heated in a magnetic field. Subsequently, the edges are automatically compressed, and the pipe moves continuously along the production line.

This process eliminates the need to change rollers for rough forming in the brake-down section, resulting in a substantial 60% cost saving on rollers. Additionally, it significantly reduces production time and facilitates the easy repair and adjustment of rollers. Notably, the machine incorporates a quick change system for each station in the fin-pass of the forming and sizing unit, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
