CNC multi-radius tube bending machine - TE

The TE electric multi-radius tube bending machine is designed to perform draw bending with or without a mandrel, or roll bending. Available in small, medium and large versions, this machine series can be easily integrated into automated production cells, as bending can be combined with complementary operations.

TE Small
Thanks to its orbital bending head and quick tool change, this versatile machine is suitable for small-diameter tubes (3 to 20 × 2 mm), which are typically used in the automotive industry (hydraulic and fluid transfer, HVAC ducts, ERG tubes), and in the aerospace industry (hydraulic piping circulation, fuel, structural tubes).

TE Medium
This is a robust and versatile bending machine suitable for medium radius pipes in one or both directions (10 to 50 × 2 mm), with lengths from 2000 to 4000 mm.

TE Large
This rigid and robust machine is designed for large diameter multi-radius tubes (50 to 152 × 3 mm), with 3000 mm in length and can be supplied with 1 or 6 bending tools. Suitable for the automotive industry (chassis parts, exhaust systems), it is fully automated and thus allows for rapid tool change.
