Hydraulic punching machines: Primatech 1AX and 2AX
The hydraulic punching machines can effectively punch holes in copper tubes with diameters ranging from 16 to 108mm. The 1AX version allows for single-axis hole punching with adjustable positioning through the interface. The 2AX version enables controlled tube rotation, allowing punching on two axes. Optional automatic loading and unloading units are available. The punching process is executed from the inside using a punch and die, resulting in a flange on the collector. Punching without flanging is an option for tubes with smaller diameters or when using alternative tooling.

Tube tapering machines: standalone or inline
These multi-pass machines (up to 6 passes) process the ends of straight and curved copper, aluminum, and stainless steel tubes. They can be supplied as standalone units with manual product handling or integrated into a production line (such as with the Planet tube bending machine or another cutting line), aligning the deformation groups with the tube axis. The machine can be outfitted with a tapering transfer mechanism to perform operations on both tube ends. The working diameters range from 6 to 50 mm.

Tube flaring machines for copper and aluminum tubes in the solar sector
The tube flaring machine for the solar sector creates flares on copper and aluminum tubes with a diameter range of 6 to 32 mm. It can produce both semi-spherical and semi-flat closures using the appropriate tooling. A self-centering hydraulic clamp carries out the flaring process. Performing the process simultaneously on both ends of the tube eliminates the need for subsequent material manipulation, thereby increasing production capacity.
