Static decoiler - unwinder for large coils mod. SV2

It’s an unwinder - static decoiler which is easily and suitable combined with our production of coil winder and with other equipment too.

It’s adapt for using either big skein up to about 1.000 kg or special / standard internal basket indifferently (on condition that it consists of metal), with about max 1.500 mm height.It’s suitable for metal wires with about diameter from 0.5 to 4 mm and for speed of supply up to about 7 meter / second (for high speed it’s better using big tidy skein with disposition of wire in “washer” type).

- Frame like a bridge, which can easily open for charging the coil.

- Safety-guard which can open like a hinge with safety micro-switch.

- Detection system of wire jamming with machine stop micro-switch and adjustable intervention.

- Electrical system for checking interruption or the ending of the wire (it functions by low tension for metallic wire only).
