Multi-pass and wet drawing lines
Eurolls Industrial SpA is the ideal solution for wire drawing, thanks to its deep knowledge of the industry and processes. The company designs and develops a complete range of wet and multi-pass drawing lines for processing low- or high-carbon steel, stainless steel, and special alloy wires.
NTD series multi-pass drawing lines - Eurolls Team Meccanica
The dry drawing lines under the Eurolls Team Meccanica brand are particularly suitable for the production of low-carbon steel and stainless steel wire. In collaboration with Eurolls Team High Carbon, the company also designs machines for drawing high-carbon steel and special alloy wire with input diameter ranging from 1.0 mm to 26.0 mm and output diameter from 0.10 mm to 4.50 mm. The machines can be equipped with dies or with Eurolls SpA's cold rolling microcassettes. This line series stands out for its modular approach and customized steel design, aimed at reducing vibrations. It can be equipped with various options such as overhead payoff, laser gauge for controlling the finished product diameter, and high-efficiency water cooling system. Production control is carried out through a video keyboard and centralized remote computer.
TB series wet drawing lines - Eurolls Team High Carbon
Thanks to their simple and ergonomic design, these lines, part of the Eurolls Team High Carbon brand, are designed to facilitate production management and control while maintaining maximum work performance. The machines are typically used for the production of high-carbon steel wire ropes, but can also be used for low-carbon or galvanized steel wire, and can process wire with diameters ranging from 0.85 mm to 2.00 mm. The sturdy structure, reliability of components, and simple design ensure continuous production even at high speeds (linked to steel quality and final required dimensions).
FCW series welding flux-cored wire drawing lines - Eurolls Team Meccanica
For the production of welding flux-cored wire, Eurolls provides complete lines that include all process steps, from forming to multipass drawing with rolls. The FCW series can work with a variety of input material sizes and produce wire with diameters ranging from 0.98 mm to 3.40 mm, with a maximum production speed of 1200 meters per minute.
In-line wire cleaning units
These units, installed at the end of the drawing machine, are designed to clean stainless steel wire after the dry drawing process. Characterized by a modular design, they can be arranged in a straight line or U-shape depending on available space. Key features include motorized helical brushing, washing with hot water and detergent abrasive pads, drying with compressed air, and a counter-current hot air drying tunnel.
