Combined drawing lines

The combined drawing lines by Sheng Chyean Enterprise can process round, hexagon, and square wire in diameters ranging between 3 mm and 60 mm. The feeding device is equipped with horizontal and vertical pre-straightening rolls. The machine also features an in-line length measuring system with high accuracy (tolerance within 5 mm) and drawing machine synchronization for smooth operation.  

The lines are complete with a variety of compatible equipment, including coil openers, chamfering and pointing machines, shot blasting, straightening and polishing units, and more, depending on the specific production needs.

Chain draw benches

The Taiwan-based company offers chain draw benches in single or multi-tube/bar configurations for production flexibility. Designed for cold drawing many types of tubes and bars with larger diameters, this machine series consists of three models: SC 300 (Ø 16 ~ Ø 50), SC 400 (Ø 30 ~ Ø 75), and SC 500 (Ø 30 ~ Ø 75).
