Polishing tumbling machines

The plant is composed by a storage hopper, a screw barrel and a exhaust system. The material to polish is put in the barrel by a vibrator storage hopper and after a programmable time is discharged with automatic inversion of screw rotation in the container.

During the crossing in the screw barrel, the material is polished and separated from sawdust and scales trought an exauster cyclon and a special valve connected to the barrel. The scales are collected in a container and the sawdust are collected in a bag to be recycled.
