GF-ELTI eco-friendly drying box for ladles are plants designed for drying the new or repaired refractory linings of ladles.

During this phase, in fact, refractory linings release harmful vapors called “black flue gases”. By using GF-ELTI eco-friendly sealed boxes, it is possible to safely aspirate and discharge the polluting vapors resulting from the process. According to construction requirements, the systems can be customized with the following solutions:

- with a chamber below the floor surface or completely above ground;
- with a movable vault or openable front door for ladle insertion;
- with or without a bogie for ladle storage;
- with combustion system either equipped or not-equipped with heat recovery;
- with chamber structure in reinforced concrete or carpentry;
- with an electrical board;
- with auxiliary systems for the necessary automation.
