Kapton, Mica and PTFE taping lines for round and rectangular wires

Newtech is proud to introduce a new category of special machines designed to fully comply with the main market requests: the R-Evolution Lines, for the production of rectangular and round wires, taped with KAPTON, MICA, or PTFE.

Tapes are wrapped on the conductor by concentric heads (horizontal or vertical according to the production type).

The pay-off system is independent of other components of the line. The R-Evolution lines grant a very high taping precision due to a special, vibration-free design. Moreover, a dedicated algorithmic software calculates the tape tension.

Newtech is able to design tailor-made machines, answering any special customer demands.
