Complete Casting Lines (continuous and semi-continuous) for the production of billets and slabs of non-ferrous metals

Engitec Technologies designs and manufactures in Italy complete plants – from melting furnaces to products handling – and ancillary equipment for producing semi-finished products, such as billets, slabs, bars and tubes made of Cu, Cu Alloys, Bronze and precious metals. The plants are then installed and commissioned by Engitec Technologies specialists worldwide on EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) basis if so desired by the Client.

The automation system supplied by Engitec Technologies is conceived for the maximization of safety, for enhanced repeatability and traceability of the quality and minimization of the OpEx (Operational Expenditures) with excellent OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Within this modern frame, the Operators are relieved from manual work and hazardous operations.
