Cortinovis planetary stranders

Planetary stranding machines on bearings for reels up to 630 mm. and on under-rollers for reels up to 3000 mm.

- For steel wires or strands up to 8 mm. diameter.
- Max. speed 70 rpm.
- Total back-twist with possibility of twist mode.

The field proven planetary cage strander machine can be used in many different applications:

- armouring of energy and communication cable with steel wires;
- stranding of steel wires to produce strand;
- closing of steel strands to produce ropes;
- closing of energy conductors to produce cables;
- power, optical submarine cables, and the steel rope industry.

The under-roller cage can handle larger sized reels, from 710 up to 3000 mm.
The under-rollers are automatically lubricated, made of the finest quality material and designed for years of trouble free operation.
