Spazzolplastica is a leading company in the field of support equipment for welding wire. With over 40 years of experience in the field, the company is today the only integrated manufacturer of iron baskets and plastic spools. Thanks to the remarkable expertise of its technical staff and cutting-edge technology, the company can maintain high production volumes and consistent technical characteristics at a competitive price.

Since 2016, Spazzolplastica has moved to its new headquarters, featuring a large warehouse of more than 1,300 m2 and a storage capacity of more than 1,800 pallets. This considerably enhanced the production capacity and the logistics of the company, which is now able to operate on consignment both in Italy and in the rest of Europe.

Quality
Continuous efforts in the creation of relationships with qualified suppliers attest to the stability of the internal processes and product quality. Thanks to in-line inspections (carried out automatically) and off-line checks, performed on a regular basis by both the operational staff and the quality control department, Spazzolplastica can ensure almost total production control.

Logistics
All shipments are tracked through specific labels and barcodes carrying all the relevant production data, such as date and session, operator and shift supervisor, machinery used, raw materials. All data is then shared with customers through a "Test Certificate" issued after each shipment.
The stocks in the warehouse are also managed via web, ensuring timely answers to customers' requests.
