Since 1925, the company Piloni srl has specialized in the production of rivets, screws and special parts on drawing by wire cold forming: full, semitubular and bifurcated rivets, pins with one or more diameters and knurled, threaded, with undercut ones. This items are supplied on demand with a sample or a drawing, in different material.
Our factory (surface 10.000 m of which 5.500 covered ones) is located in one of the greatest italian industrial distict, to less than an hour by car or train from Milan and to few meters from highway Lecco-Milan. Over 80 years of experience to narrow contact with the manifold demands in this field, have allowed us to improve our products and keep up with the technical evolution required by our customers. Our primary aim is the full satisfaction of our customer, maintaining a high level with regards to quality, professionalism of our collaborators and technology of our machineries.
In order to guarantee the highest level of production control and short delivery times even for special production, we have been drawing the wire by ourselves for over 40 years.
We design oursefelves all stamps and tools; this apporach allow us great production flexibility, reduced delivery times and competitiveness in production of small batches.
We also hav a complete workshop for the maintenance of our machinaries, which allow us to always guarantee the continuity of production. We actually produce about 14.000 different items and we have a store with 600 pallets of goods. We have a complete range of semitubular rivets ready for delivery, in raw or zinc-plated iron with diameter of mm 3,4,5 and 6. All items can be delivered in iron, steel, inox, copper, aluminium and brass; they are produced with wire with a diameter from 2 mm to 14 mm. We have completely automated pakaging lines, for boxes up to 22 kg or we can also deliver our products packed in bags, thanks to an automatic line of package. We can label each box or bag with anonymous, white or colored labels or with clients' logos, marks, drawing and bar codes ones as requred by our customer. We can also use our metallic containers or use those provided by our customers.
