Rizzi srl
Strapping machines

ITItaly

Rizzi, established in 1911 in Milan (Italy) as an agricultural and construction tools trader, was one of the first to understand the potential of material handling equipment, thus broadening its product range to include rolling stock and lifting systems.

By the ‘60s, the company was already a benchmark in its field, and a major supplier of renowned brands in Milan, such as Pirelli, Alfa Romeo, Innocenti, and Magneti Marelli.

The ‘70s marked a turning point in the company's history, as the company relocated its HQ to Brugherio, and further expanded into the sheet metal working sector.

Following this trend, Rizzi specialized in the manufacturing of machines and lines for the forming and handling of sheet metal bundles and slit-coils, delivering and installing more than 300 complete plants.

Nowadays, Rizzi is a reference point in the field of sheet metal and slit-coil stacking and packaging. The company's lines and machines can be customized to cover additional processes, such as automatic strapping, application of plastic films, as well as unloading and packaging of formed bundles. The production cycle takes place entirely in-house and allows constant process control and a final result of the highest quality and tailor-made, as a true "mechanical tailoring."
