This cutting-edge machine can produce round interlocked armored cables and pipes in a continuous operation. Thanks to the sophisticated technology provided by Calmec, CT1-32 offers optimal motion control, superior tooling design, and the latest in HMI product recipes.

The machine has easy-to-set-up parameters that can be checked through a color touch screen operator interface.  

The CT1-32 provides high production speeds (max. spindle speed 1200 RPM and max. line speed 35 FPM) and an improved manufacturing process, and its design with no slip rings, gearboxes, or differentials guarantees high functionality and reduced maintenance.
