Custom engineered solutions since 1979: 40 years of Calmec

The year was 1979 when Wolfgang Fitzner funded Calmec as a single industrial unit with just a few employees.
Flash forward to 2019: the company has now become a well-respected specialist in the production of tailored engineered armouring solutions. On the 26th of September, the Canadian expert celebrated its 40th year of activity.
This is the story of Calmec that, despite the obstacles and the swings of the economy, has proven over time to be a reliable and successful business partner.
