Carlo Salvi awarded for the high degree of innovation by ECOTRE

The screw machine manufacturer Carlo Salvi has received the "Simulation and innovation companies award" by the company ECOTRE Valente Srl. The virtual delivery ceremony was held on 1 July during a webinar for industry professionals. 

Interviewed by Pascal Rosselli, Sales Manager of ECOTRE, John Razza, Product & After Sales Manager of Carlo Salvi, illustrated all the benefits a company can obtain by using and implementing 2D and 3D heading simulation software DEFORM, a cutting-edge application, well known in the field.

During the webinar, the specialized tools technician in Carlo Salvi, Ugo Bonanomi, described the heading process of a screw for the automotive field through a 5-station progressive header. The finished headed parts and all the related steps were then shown on camera, demonstrating how faithfully DEFORM can reproduce reality.
