Carlo Salvi leading the way in facing post-covid market challenges
The first half of the year has brought outstanding results for the company Carlo Salvi, who managed to complete its order portfolio for 2022 and is now heralding a further expansion of its workforce.
Despite feeling the Covid-19 impact, the company has grown considerably, facing the new challenges with resilience, and emerging from this crisis even stronger than before.
As Italy and Europe start showing the first signs of economic recovery, Carlo Salvi has been relying on its resources to quickly rank among the first companies to record significant returns, offering innovative solutions in response to the new market conditions.
The most promising fields remain the electrical, automotive, and overall the industrial sector. The post-pandemic market circumstances are vastly different and unusual, but a "return to the past" is increasingly expected. As an opportunity for recovery, we speak about reshoring, which is a protectionist practice of relocating previously outsourced production stages back within the national boundaries. If, on the one hand, this policy entails a substantial increase in domestic demand, on the other, it also forces companies to reorganize their production plants in order to meet the ever-increasing demand.
Carlo Salvi, thanks to over 80 years of experience and deep knowledge of the worldwide markets, is ready to take on this new challenge with great determination.
Acknowledging that the enhancement of the human capital is a key component for the success of any company brand, Carlo Salvi sets out to increase its corporate staff. To date, there have already been 5 new additions, with a total of 15 hirings set as the end goal. The currently required profiles range at various levels, especially in the technical/production area. With this strategy, the company sets out to improve its efficiency in a constantly changing scenario that leaves increasingly shorter time windows to respond.
"Pursuing our goals with courage and receptiveness to innovations is an integral part of our corporate DNA. Our investments are always aimed at guaranteeing the highest level of quality standards", explains Marco Pizzi, Chief Commercial Officer of Carlo Salvi. "At this particular moment, we trust in our strategy and in everyone who - like us - believe in reliability, transparency, and perseverance, which are the core principles based on which we have built our company over time."
