Eurodraw Wire Equipment to participate in the wire exhibition in Bangkok

Eurodraw Wire Equipment will participate once again in wire Southeast Asia in Bangkok (Thailand).

For the occasion, the company will propose its newly developed wire drawing machines with a unique new cooling system that provides a lower water consumption while improving the cooling capacity by over 25% compared to machines equipped with previous cooling solutions.

With regard to the roping equipment, Eurodraw will present its newest DT/(6+1) in-out double twist strander. This machine, which is the most effective stranding machinery for small ropes, provides incomparable production cost savings compared to any traditional tubular machine, which would consume double the energy, operate at less than half the speed, and occupy double the factory space. The DT/(6+1) machine series include the 250/315/355 models and the 400, the latest solution that can be loaded with 7 spools up to 400 mm in diameter.

Finally, with regard to the construction industry, Eurodraw offers high-speed cold rolling lines for indented wire production, as well as high-performance PC strand lines and PC wire lines. For PC strand in small sizes, the company has developed a new machine that allows loading of4-ton capacity spools that can have a linear stranding speed 45% higher than a conventional 900 skip strander.
