"The stretching measurement system has been developed to measure live (online) the stretching ratio comparing the speed of the inlet material before the stretching panels, with the speed of the wire after the double bull-block.
To get a reliable result, it is necessary to install two separate devices (MASTER+SLAVE). Each device is composed of:

• a self-standing support – to avoid vibrations and interferences from the main equipment;
• a wire guiding kit – to prepare the material for analysis;
• a control box – including all the electronic components for measurement.

The specially developed software transmits the output directly to the Promostar line's PLC via Profinet. In this way, we achieve continuous, real-time monitoring of the most crucial parameter for complying with official requirements, guaranteeing a strong and efficient quality control process."
