VegaStar
The VegaStar is a compact machine for the production of wire coils for reinforced concrete. The line combines both the cold rolling and stretching process, as well as the spooling of hot-rolled material. The line also features a closed protection with scale evacuation and dust exhausting system. In addition, the ergonomic design makes all the tooling and maintenance operations easy and fast to perform.

LibraStar
The LibraStar is a basic system for the production of coils or spools of low-carbon reinforcing wire. This cold rolling line can produce both ribbed and smooth wire coils. The compactness and ergonomic structure ensures compliance with the most rigorous environmental and safety standards. Besides, sliding protections allow full visibility of the inside components, while reducing noise, dust emissions, and potential risks for the operators. The rolling cassettes are connected with an automatic lubrication system and are easy to change. In addition, the stress relieving device can be placed in two different positions according to the required wire quality.

Both lines can be equipped with a variety of accessories, such as: rolling cassettes, butt-welders, take-apart or fixed reels, horizontal spoolers and manual strapping machines.
