• linear unwinding with roll height adjustment, ensuring a constant wire flow;
• automated end search system for enhanced safety;

Rolling line for bars

• the line can process diameters up to 100 mm, with a guaranteed speed of 100 meters per minute for diameters up to 40 mm;
• line with fully automated servo, roll way selection, and loading and unloading of bars up to 12 meters;
• comprehensive non-destructive testing line, including dimensional and ultrasonic inspections.

Coil-to-coil drawing line
The coil-to-coil drawing line, with a pulling force of up to 35 tons, is the flagship of SAS Engineering, ensuring a production range from 8 mm to 33 mm. A variety of features make this line a global excellence:

• arm for tip search and threading in the pre-straightener, with the possibility of a gripper to expedite initial pulls;
• integral line automation;
• adjustable die;
• automatic pusher;
• automatic monoblock gripper.
