Coil to coil peeling line

The Coil-to-coil Combined Lines are composed as follows:

1 - PAY OFF, studied to reduce the gap between the end of the drawing of a coil and the beginning of the next one. The PAY OFF is equipped with a platform rotating by 360° moved by an hydraulic gear motor.

2 - Robot, where the manipulator is a kind of extension of the operator's hand. Equipped with a gripper.

3 - Pre-straightener, made of two groups: one with a vertical axis with reversed rolls and the other one with horizontal axis.

4 - Pulling unit, composed by a sturdy structure with a dc motor. Made of prismatic guides, feed control and return carriages thanks to a wire hooked by a clamp with an hydraulic control.
