Wire heating and wire treatment solutions at wire 2020

Established in 1986, ATE designs and manufactures induction heating equipment, complete with related automation, control, and supervision systems.

This spring, the company is flying to Germany to attend the international trade fair for the wire industry, wire Düsseldorf 2020, to be held in the German city from March 30 to April 3.

This year the spotlight will be on ATE's extensive product catalog for wire, bar, billet, braid, and strand treatment: converters, inductors, load adapters, control units, cooling units, and more.

A special mention goes to the IMW (Independent Multi-wires) and CMW (Common Multi-wires) multi-wire systems, ATE's flagship products, which are attracting worldwide interest and demand. These compact solutions for wire heating offer countless advantages: first of all, the high production capacity - about twice as high as traditional technology - as well as high efficiency, low environmental impact, and small size. The IMW and CMW systems are fully modular and can heat a variable number of wires at once. They can also be configured according to the customer's needs, both for new plants and for those to be replaced.
