Officine Meccaniche Barni was established in 1969 as a steel mill for the processing of turned and milled parts. It has since gained recognition throughout Italy as a reliable and dependable partner in the production of complete production lines and individual machines. In the new millennium, Barni also expanded abroad and embarked on a significant path of engineering advancement, offering innovative, flexible, and tailor-made solutions for the coil and tube industry. One such notable example is the new prototype installed in Ravenna at Marcegaglia's facilities, which features the world's first coil-to-coil digital sheet printing line.

Today, Barni's core business consists of coil processing lines, as well as machines for the handling and finishing of welded and seamless tubes.

What sets Barni's production apart is its ability to provide a comprehensive service in every aspect, from material evaluation to essential processing, assembly, and testing at the customer's facility. This all-encompassing approach, combined with a constant drive for technological advancement, makes Barni the ideal partner for the development of highly efficient tube and coil processing systems and key factors to Barni’s international success.
