Filomatic: targeted investments for a continuous growth

Filomatic Srl, a recently established Italy-based wire drawing company specializing in the production of low and medium carbon wire, keeps on growing.

Leveraging its more than twenty years of experience in the field, in recent months, Filomatic has made some targeted investments aimed at further increasing its competitiveness in international markets. First of all, a new dry drawing line and a next generation static coil winder have been installed. The former will consolidate the production of bundles and coils with diameter ranging from 1.80 mm to 5 mm, while the latter will package wires in bundles from 800 kg up to 1,400 kg, with the guarantee of jam-free unwinding.

More news also in the wet drawing department, as the company has considerably expanded its machine shop. Thanks to these significant new additions, Filomatic can now guarantee even faster deliveries for the range of diameters from 1.60 mm to 0.40 mm.

And that's not all! As of today, new types of packaging are also available on request: strapped reels, wooden reels and iron reels from 180 to 1000 kg. In addition, Filomatic has integrated its production offer, broadening its portfolio with new and used wire processing equipment.
