FILOMATIC Srl is an Italy-based company specializing in the production of drawn metal wires with low to medium carbon content. FILOMATIC may be newly established, but it can count on a consolidated know-how, acquired over 25 years of experience in the galvanizing and wire drawing sectors.

In particular, FILOMATIC offers its customers a complete portfolio of drawn wires with diameters ranging from 0.60 mm to 10.00 mm in a wide selection of Italian and European steels, including SAE1005, SAE1006, SAE1008, SAE1010. Every production batch undergoes thorough inspection, starting from the raw material rod to the final product. The production processes are closely monitored, and the values are verified using a tensile testing machine.

The wires can be subject to a plethora of surface treatments: polished bright wires, soap-coated wire, white annealed/black annealed wire, galvanized wire class D and class A, zinc-aluminum wire (5%), copper coated wire are just some of the solutions available in the catalog.

Last but not least, FILOMATIC offers its customers a wide variety of packaging options, including wooden reels from 180 to 950 kg, iron reels from 800 to 1800 kg, strapped coils from 150 to 1200 kg and iron wire carriers.
