Founded in 1915 in the jewelry quarter (Birmingham, UK). Mayes & Warwick has been a family-run business for several generations and is renowned worldwide in the production of flat thread rolling dies and form rolling dies, and also in the production of circular knurl wheels, holders as well as engineer’s chasers.

Now operating from Burntwood (Staffordshire, UK), Mayes & Warwick moved to its current site to enable expansion and the introduction of modern machinery. With the expertise of its team and innovative machinery, the company boasts superior quality products, which can be applied to a variety of manufacturing industries: automotive, aerospace, household appliances, construction, and engineering to name a few.

In over a century of activity, Mayes & Warwick has consistently invested in improving its processes, using the best machinery available. These include machining centers, grinding machines, lathes, special purpose machines, and inspection machines, all CNC and controlled with CADCAM technology. And with technical staff that can draw upon years of experience to provide customized solutions to satisfy special requests.

The company holds licenses to manufacture rolling dies for Taptite® and Remform® products, MAThread® products and Delta, ALtracs®, and others too.
