Rolling Tools, founded in 1986 by entrepreneur already present in the field, acquires year after year a leadership position in the thread rolling dies field thanks to the high quality level of its products and to the capability to satisfy its client needs.
Today, Rolling Tools is a company widely recognized in the production of thread rolling dies: rolls, flat dies and planetary dies.

Rolling Tools has been able to define very accurate and high-monitorized working methods through constant and continuous investments aimed at improving the quality of its products and its manufacturing process. Key elements of Rolling Tools success are the selection of high quality steel, the in house development of heat and surface treatments, the extensive use of up-to-date CNC machine tools, the steady update of personnel’s skills through training courses and the use of an information system that allows a step by step monitoring of the manufacturing process and the traceability of the products. Moreover, Rolling Tools has a laboratory for the profile control and for metrological and hardness measuring.

Rolling Tolls looks ahead to face the challenge in a global market and to satisfy its clients so, has created a Research and Development unit able to implement analysis on the final usage condition and stress of its products in order to renew and innovate the characteristics.
