FB Rolls s.r.l. was founded in 2015, continuing the tradition of Torneria F.B. by Bignami Giorgio s.a.s., a company with over 40 years of experience in the field of custom mechanical processing, specializing in equipment for tube profiling lines. With the advent of the new generation FB Rolls inherited the know-how and the team of the previous management, becoming a reference point in the field of regeneration and construction of rolls for tubes, equipment for special profiles, and equipment for automotive rims. The company also provides after-sales assistance, testing, and warranties for internally designed equipment.

FB Rolls invests in the continuous training of employees, constant maintenance of machinery and measuring tools, and the implementation of new machines and equipment through targeted investments. Every aspect of production is carefully managed, including raw material selection, the most advanced CAD-CAM solutions, and control of heat treatments and external processing. For the latter, the company collaborates exclusively with specialized and certified suppliers, ensuring the same care and precision in the manufacturing process.

FB Rolls has established a strong presence in both the Italian and international markets. Regular participation in the biennial Tube fair in Düsseldorf has contributed to its expansion beyond national borders.

Last but not least, the Italy-based company is certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 quality standard, which guarantees complete product traceability.
