OMERLER Ltd. was established as an engineering, consultancy, and sales representation company for the wire industry back in 1989, in Turkey. Originally, the company had been focusing on providing solutions to the production and quality problems of the Turkish wire industry.
In 1995, a few years after its inception, OMERLER began to manufacture tungsten carbide wire drawing dies, and it has been supplying carbide dies with consistent quality ever since.
A further expansion came in 2011. After having provided hard metal forming and profiling rolls as a representative for 20 years, OMERLER started a proprietary roll reconditioning shop for tungsten carbide rolls. To date, the company sells its own forming and profiling rolls and reworks worn-out ones.
The company also supplies wire drawing lubricants and miscellaneous tools, equipment, and consumables for the wire industry, such as diamond pastes and wooden sticks for polishing, descaling and cleaning brushes, and much more.
OMERLER aims at providing the Turkish wire industry with high-quality, advanced equipment and solutions, while also offering engineering support to small and medium-sized wire producers.
