Since 2016, HS Industries Srl has been an Italian manufacturer of cold-drawn, hardened chromed slide shafts and hollow shafts, as well as chromed shafts and tubes.

A core aspect of HS Industries' production is the high quality of its semi-finished products, which is crucial in industrial applications such as linear guides, ball screws and hydraulic cylinders. In addition to steel products, the company also offers a range of cutting and machining services, such as axial and radial drilling, to deliver ready-to-use tubes and bars.

Compliance with customer-requested tolerances is ensured by numerous controls carried out throughout the tube and bar production cycle, as well as by final testing.

The quality of HS Industries products is further certified by numerous laboratory tests, such as Rockwell HRA - HRB - HRC surface hardness tests, Vickers microhardness tests, and metallographic analysis.

More specifically, HS Industries’ products are primarily aimed at machine tool builders, agricultural machinery manufacturers, lifting system producers, as well as the automotive, robotics and industrial automation sectors.
