PRODUCTION PLANT
TYPES: Coiling Machines, Press Brakes, Springformers. HEAT and SURFACE TRATMENTS: Furnaces, Shot-peening, Spring Grinders, Tumbler, Sand blaster. INTERNAL TOOLING with erosion, machining center and tangential grinding.
One of our core business is the design and development of all molds and equipment.
A high level of know-how allows us to implement an integrated process that from the specific request of the customer, expressed by the technical design, leads to the design and realization of toolpaths for numerical control machines.
COMPRESSION SPRING From 0,1 mm to 35,0 mm wire diameters, according to customer specifications, with variable geometry - conical, biconical and with variable pitch.
TRACTION SPRING From 0,1 mm to 35,0 mm wire diameters, with German, English eyelets, swivel or other special eyelets, according to customer specifications.
TORSION SPRING From 0,1 mm to 35,0 mm wire diameters, in according to customer specifications, with
variable geometry.
SHAPED SPRING From 0,3 mm to 9,0 mm wire diameters, automatically, and to 35,0 mm wire diameters
manually.
STRIP SPRING In band and strip. Design, development and construction of the equipment is performed in-house through software and specific machinery.

INVESTMENTS We constantly invest in new technologies, to equip ourselves with efficient machinery and to promote digitization, and in the continuous updating of HR to avoid the skill-gap. We have increased the production capacity moving our company in a new building of 5500 square meters.
